How do you attach the spotlights to the frame?
The Pop up display stand spot lights supplied by Rap come with universal pop up clamp that enables the light to be fitted to pop up stand hardware by attaching to the pop up frame at the back of the display stand. The display spot light’s arm then goes up and over the top of the pop up display stand to then light up your printed artwork to enhance the visual impact of your pop up exhibition stand. How are the Pop-up Systems made up e.g. 3x2, 3x3? What does this mean?
Pop up display stands are know within the display industry as 3x3 or 3x2, this refers to the number of sections making up the pop up display stand. If you are talking about a 3x3 pop up it has 3 columns and 3 rows, once the end curved panels are added the stand has 5 graphic panels or display ‘drops’ 3 across the front and 2 curved end panels.
Do we send artwork as a complete file or individual panels for my Pop up Display Stand?
Rap require all artwork for pop up display stands as complete files to the specified size as per the pop up display stand product specification. Rap then uses the latest print management software to print your pop up display stand into individual panels to give you a seamless pop up exhibition stand. What is included within the price for the pop-up systems?
Each pop-up display system comes complete with pop up display stand hardware, printed & laminated pop up graphic panels, spotlights, a wheeled case (the hardware, graphics and the spotlights will fit neatly inside) and also a printed graphic wrap which fits around the outside of the case to form a counter on the display stand. How does the Wheeled Memory case turn into a display counter?
All of Rap pop up exhibition display stands come with a portable memory case that is the perfect transportation and storage solution for your pop up exhibition stand. Once at your promotional display and the pop up display stand is assembled you would have no requirement for the memory storage case. Rap supply a custom printed graphic wrap, this graphic wrap is printed & laminated with your artwork that simply fits around the outside of the portable storage case to make a custom built display counter.

How do the pop up graphic panels attach to the pop up display frame?

The reverse of each individual pop up graphic panel has factory fitted magnetic tape to the left and right that secure onto the pop up display stand hardware. The pop up panels are also secured by using pop up hangers and the top of each panel and kicker bars at the bottom to secure the pop up panel in place. Do the pop-up display stands come with a guarantee?
All pop-up display stands supplied by Rap are supplied with a minimum of a 5 year guarantee; this pop up display stand guarantee covers you against faulty manufacture of your pop-up system hardware. Rap produces all its printing, laminating, graphic design from our premises in Peterborough, we are able to produce replacement pop up display graphic panels not only just for our own pop up display stand ranges but for other companies as well. All we ask is if you can supply us with a photograph of your existing pop up hardware & sizes of one of your pop up panels we can then provide you with new replacement pop up panels. Alternatively you can send the complete pop up display system to Rap and we will advise you on the correct size of the replacement graphic panels. To increase your size of display stand and to give yourself the maximum flexibility why not try adding your pop-up display stands together by linking the stands using the end curve to attach one system to the next, so instead of wrapping the pop up graphic panel around the back of the stand you simply attach it to the next system.
